Citation Screenings
Dakar Senegal
Africa Development Solutions (ADS Group) and Dream Exclusive Entertainment Production (DEEP) in partnership with Social Nation Africa successfully organized a private screening of the film « Citation » in Senegal on April 9, 2021 a film by Nigerian Kunlé Afolayan.
Screening took place at Canal Olympia cinema in the presence of Kunlé Afoyalan and the leading actors with national and international press present.
This feature film released on October 31, 2020 has seen success on Netflix and renewed success after the Dakar private screening. A good part of « Citation » was filmed in Senegal, at the University Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, next to Yoruba and English, Wolof is the 3rd language used in this film deeming this event a nice homecoming.

Mindelo Sao Vincente Cape Verde
Second citation screening production took place in Mindelo on the Cape Verde island of Sao Vincente. ADS Group through DEEP and Social Nation Africa had to bring the film to Mindelo as part of our efforts to promote the location as a prime destination not only for tourism but as a key cultural destination. The screening took place April 11th 2021 at the University of Mindelo in the presence of cultural industry leaders with local and international press. The event was followed by a cocktail at the unique venue « Mansa Floating Studio » owned and operated by the ADS Group where Social Nation Africa calls home
